CUSTOMER CARE

1. Store Hours & Operations

  • Our bakery operates and takes inquiries from from 9-5 M-F

  • Holiday hours may vary and will be posted in advance.

  • We accept custom cakes and specialty orders.

  • All orders can be placed in-store, online, or by phone at least 7 days in advance.

2. Order & Payment Policies

  • All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase or deposit.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and [other payment methods].


3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations: Orders must be canceled at least 3 days in advance for a full refund to resolve any issues.

  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds on custom orders, but we will do our best


4. Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

  • Our bakery uses common allergens such as wheat, dairy, nuts, and eggs.

  • We offer some allergen-friendly options but cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

 

5. Custom Orders & Design Limitations

  • We specialize in [buttercream/fresh cream cakes, piping techniques, chocolate work, etc.] but do not work with fondant or intricate sugar sculptures.

  • Customers may provide reference images for custom designs, but exact replication is not guaranteed.

  • Last-minute customizations may not be accommodated.

  • Customers must respect store staff and other customers at all times.

  • Please check your order upon receiving to ensure accuracy.
